We do everything we can to protect your personal data. We only keep your data to serve you with the best possible trainings. We kindly request you to read this policy.
1. Who is accountable?
Rick Koster owner of Leaderscope is accountable for treating your personal data. You can find his contact details on the homepage.
2. Why does Leaderscope keep your data?
2.1 Leaderscope keeps your data for the following reasons:
a) in order to inform you if anything changes related to the training you will follow;
b) in order to see if you have followed a training with us previously and what you wanted; to learn so that we can serve you better for the next training;
c) in order to use during the training for your own learning (for example to give comments on work that you have send in or results of a questionnaire);
d) in order to send you extra or requested information after the training.
2.2 If you do not agree with this privacy policy:
Please inform us on which part you disagree with and which information you do want to send in and your conditions for saving them, so that we at least can provide you with the best possible training.
2.2 We keep the following data:
a) your name, telephone number and e-mail address;
b) the answers you give in the intake form;
c) results from questionnaires;
d) other information you send in to be used during the training (for example a CV or research abstract).
e) in some cases film material of your presentation. We will always notify you when a training sessions acquires film recordings.
3. How long do we keep your data?
a) Leaderscope keeps your data for a maximum length of 15 years since we notice that clients may come back to us after quite some years.
b) We will delete special data like films and CV’s within one month after the training.
4. How does Leaderscope deal with security?
In order to protect your data, RickKoster.nu has encrypted all their digital data.
5. Who has access to your data?
a) The PA of Leaderscope has access to your data in order to serve you to our best abilities before the training and inform you on what is needed for the training;
